Description

  • Work within a multidisciplinary CI&T team to help solve day-to-day problems.
  • Refine and deliver technical solutions across different scenarios.
  • Develop solutions together with the team throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Support the development team in delivering high-quality work for the client.
  • Approach problem-solving with a broader business perspective.
  • Share knowledge through trainings and dojos to strengthen the team.
  • Collaborate with development and business stakeholders from technical refinement through implementation.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong experience in front-end development using React and Next.js.
  • Solid command of TypeScript for medium- to high-complexity projects.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with Git in collaborative workflows, including branching, code review, and pull requests.
  • Clear technical communication with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong technical seniority, with autonomy in decision-making and ability to influence the team.
  • Experience with the Q2 digital banking platform and its SDKs (preferred).
