Description

  • Lead and manage an internal technical team of approximately 10 people, including workload distribution and support for team development.
  • Act as the product’s technical owner and partner with the client on priorities and product decisions.
  • Ensure technical decisions are sustainable over time and aligned with architecture and product quality goals.
  • Translate technical complexity into clear, transparent business communication, including risks, limits, and effort estimates.
  • Participate in architecture definitions, API design, microservices, and distributed systems development.
  • Oversee development across the full lifecycle, from design through implementation and delivery.
  • Ensure best practices for CI/CD, observability, monitoring, security, and production scalability.
  • Promote the use of artificial intelligence tools in the team’s daily workflow to improve productivity and quality.

Requirements

  • Solid backend development experience with .NET (C#).
  • .NET 10 experience is valued, but not strictly required.
  • Experience leading teams working with React, TypeScript, and NestJS.
  • Experience with Azure and its main cloud services.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production application operations.
  • Experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and distributed architectures.
  • Strong software quality, security, and scalability practices.
  • Previous experience leading technical teams or serving as a technical reference.
  • Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and willingness to incorporate AI tools into daily development work.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or high-transaction critical systems is especially valued.
