Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, project coordinators, and the head of project engineering team.
  • Set the strategic direction for project services in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee delivery of client projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and enforce project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.
  • Monitor project risks and drive accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Manage the quoting and design desk to produce accurate, timely project quotes and designs.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams on project scoping, cost estimates, and proposals.
  • Lead resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize utilization and meet delivery timelines.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and scalable delivery models.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and support customer account strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a project management leadership role, ideally in an MSP, IT services, or technology company.
  • Experience managing diverse teams, including project managers, engineers, and support functions.
  • Experience in resource management and capacity planning.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, and CW PSA.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS is an advantage.
  • Proven success leading project teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the CW PSA projects module is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead small- and medium-scale projects aligned with business goals is an advantage.
  • Home office setup with a computer meeting the listed hardware requirements, stable 5 Mbps upload/download internet, noise-canceling headset, smartphone with Microsoft Authenticator, and HD webcam.
