Description

  • Execute campaign creative across social media, digital display, motion, email, CRM, and OOH formats.
  • Produce assets in the correct sizes, formats, and specifications for multiple platforms and channels.
  • Adapt master creative into localized, versioned, and performance-led variations at scale.
  • Create motion graphics, HTML5 banners, animated social assets, and digital cutdowns.
  • Maintain pixel-perfect quality and alignment with supplied creative direction.
  • Build scalable templates and improve efficiency across recurring campaign production.
  • Manage junior designers and production artists by delegating rollout and resizing work.
  • Implement QA processes, file structure standards, and production workflows.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Act as the production lead supporting Manila-based creative operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital design or motion design.
  • Experience working in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries is advantageous.
  • Experience managing creative teams or junior creatives is advantageous.
  • Strong experience executing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage junior creatives or production teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus After Effects and Figma.
  • HTML5 banner production experience is preferred, though trainable on the job.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad specifications, file weight restrictions, and platform requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and production discipline.
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with offshore creative leadership.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets.
  • Must have own equipment, including a laptop.
  • Experience working with international creative teams is a bonus.
  • Experience setting up offshore production teams is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and performance-driven creative is a bonus.
  • Contract-based role with an initial term of 6–12 months, with possible renewal or extension based on business needs and performance.
