Description

  • Lead, manage, train, and develop independent contractors across operations coordination and property care.
  • Own daily operations across all properties and ensure tasks, issues, and follow-ups are completed on time.
  • Hold team members and vendors accountable to performance standards, including coaching and corrective action when needed.
  • Oversee property readiness, quality inspections, cleanliness, stocking, maintenance follow-up, guest materials, and listing accuracy.
  • Review listings and welcome guides to ensure property details, amenities, rules, and descriptions match the guest experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for owner and client communication on day-to-day operational matters.
  • Oversee guest issue resolution and coach coordinators on tone, decision-making, and service recovery.
  • Lead onboarding operations for new properties from signed contract through successful launch.
  • Improve SOPs, task management, reporting, checklists, and supporting tools to increase scalability and reduce founder dependency.
  • Identify recurring issues, reduce inefficiencies, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives such as vendor sourcing and tech integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading operations in hospitality, property management, short-term rentals, real estate, customer service, or another service business.
  • Comfort using tools such as Hospitable, Monday.com, Turno, Google Drive, Airbnb, Vrbo, and smart lock systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through across multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, delegating, holding people accountable, and making tough decisions.
  • Hospitality or customer-first mindset with a high standard for guest and client experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, guests, vendors, and team members.
  • Highly proactive, autonomous, and self-directed, with the ability to take ownership without constant supervision.
  • Strong operational management and problem-solving skills, with calm judgment under pressure.
  • Systems-minded and process-driven, with the ability to improve processes, create reporting, and build scalable systems.
  • Ability to think strategically and operationally, provide honest recommendations, and support long-term team growth.
