Description

  • Support the Account Management team in administering employee stock option, stock purchase, and restricted stock programs.
  • Perform general stock administration data entry and operational tasks.
  • Update participant records, tax rates, terminations, exercises, and grant loads.
  • Manage approximately six or more unique clients simultaneously.
  • Update client documentation as changes occur.
  • Work independently under moderate supervision.
  • Follow internal procedures, including data security and privacy practices.
  • Work across multiple online platforms as part of daily operations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years of experience in a corporate work environment.
  • Excellent writing skills, including grammar, spelling, and presentation; work samples may be requested.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work US hours and adapt to changing requirements based on client activity.
  • Proficiency with Google email, spreadsheets, and related tools.
  • Strong e-mail organizational skills.
  • 1+ years of data experience and 1+ years of SaaS experience preferred.
  • Prior stock-plan or equity experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting international and US-based teams preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Ability to use laptops, software applications, and internet-based tools efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to system upgrades and enhancements.
