Description

  • Translate the Finance and Mortgage vision into a scalable consumer product strategy.
  • Integrate financial tools such as mortgage calculators, pre-approval workflows, and rate shopping into the home-shopping journey.
  • Drive growth in high-quality lead volume through product innovation, conversion rate optimization, and precision targeting.
  • Define and communicate success metrics for lead volume, funnel health, and financial tool adoption to executive leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for business model innovation using AI and strategic integrations.
  • Use financial data, market trends, and risk models to validate hypotheses and evolve the consumer finance experience.
  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap across lead volume optimization and differentiated finance experiences.
  • Lead product lifecycle execution from ideation through launch and manage cross-functional tradeoffs.
  • Partner with Legal to manage operational and regulatory risks in financial services integrations.
  • Serve as the primary product leader for internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and sales, on roadmap and strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience delivering high-impact results in complex environments.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or mortgage domains, such as LendingTech, FinTech, or financial marketplaces.
  • Deep understanding of lead generation models, marketplace dynamics, and partner integrations.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing mortgage and financial services products, including RESPA.
  • Strategic systems thinking and the ability to build connected, multi-sided platform experiences.
  • Strong analytical rigor and ability to use data to solve complex business and technical problems.
  • Executive-level presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
