Description

  • Prepare and distribute daily cash reports and monitor worldwide cash balances and liquidity positions.
  • Track cash flow forecasts and actual activity to identify funding needs and recommend short-term investments or redemptions.
  • Maintain the master bank account database and manage bank account requests and related records.
  • Execute authorized signer updates and support the opening and closing of bank accounts.
  • Liaise with banking partners to ensure account setups, services, troubleshooting, and business unit needs are handled properly.
  • Work with banking institutions to mitigate fraud risk, resolve discrepancies, and support banking integrations.
  • Provide required banking documentation, including KYC materials, and serve as an additional security administrator on banking platforms.
  • Support banking relationship transitions, treasury infrastructure implementation, and treasury system/platform rollouts.
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration projects and treasury tasks tied to new company integrations and global expansion.
  • Complete debt facility administration, internal control documentation, special projects, and ad hoc treasury analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of prior experience, preferably in treasury, banking, or finance.
  • MBA and/or CTP strongly preferred.
  • Experience with banking and e-commerce software and websites, including JPM ACCESS, CIBC, Citi, HSBC, First Merchants, State Street FundConnect, and Morgan Money.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • TMS/ERP experience preferred, including Trovata or NetSuite.
  • Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and business principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy, self-motivation, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
