Description

  • Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans.
  • Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving.
  • Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing, and flag financial risks or scope changes early.
  • Lead project meetings and manage client review and approval processes.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues.
  • Support business development efforts with project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning.
  • Participate in project audits and reinforce consistent project management processes and best practices.
  • Coach, mentor, train, and help onboard project management team members.
  • Contribute to process improvements, standard operating procedures, and hiring activities for the project management discipline.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in budget development and management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types.
  • Successful management of campaign budgets.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Familiarity with structured project management methodology.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, or agency experience, preferred.
