Description

Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans.
Partner with Account, Finance, internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to keep work moving.
Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition and invoicing, and flag financial risks or scope changes early.
Lead project meetings and manage client review and approval processes.
Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, timeline conflicts, resource constraints, and project issues.
Support business development efforts with project management guidance, budgets, timelines, and implementation planning.
Participate in project audits and reinforce consistent project management processes and best practices.
Coach, mentor, train, and help onboard project management team members.
Contribute to process improvements, standard operating procedures, and hiring activities for the project management discipline.

Requirements

4+ years of project management experience.
3+ years of experience in budget development and management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams and deliverable types.
Successful management of campaign budgets.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Familiarity with structured project management methodology.
PMP certification preferred.
Prior experience in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, or agency experience, preferred.
