Description

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and capability leaders to diagnose performance challenges and identify root causes.
  • Design and deliver targeted capability initiatives that address immediate business needs and long-term skill building.
  • Co-create practical, scalable learning experiences that fit how teams work and minimize disruption to billable time.
  • Develop creative, non-traditional learning solutions that go beyond standard training.
  • Define success metrics tied to behavior change and business performance, then track and refine outcomes using data and feedback.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, subject matter experts, and global and local stakeholders to align priorities and scale solutions.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools, learning technologies, and performance support resources.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and shared ownership of capability outcomes.
  • Support leadership, team effectiveness, client impact, and adoption of new ways of working.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in learning and development, capability building, or organizational development.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder influence skills, including experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose root causes and design targeted, practical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial drivers.
  • Experience designing and embedding learning into the flow of work.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning approaches.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in an agency, consulting, or other billable environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing or commercial teams is strongly preferred.
