Description

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Implementation and Learning.
  • Manage and develop implementation specialists and learning content specialists.
  • Direct the technical setup, onboarding, and launch process for camp customers.
  • Build curriculum, self-serve content, and knowledge base infrastructure for customers.
  • Design learning programs and implementation processes that adapt as the platform evolves.
  • Partner with Support, Success, Sales, and Product to keep training aligned with product changes.
  • Define metrics for launch quality, time-to-value, and support case deflection.
  • Use data to prioritize work, make tradeoffs, and adjust the roadmap.
  • Represent the function in high-stakes conversations with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Experience managing people, including accountability, motivation, and budget responsibility.
  • Experience setting strategy for a business area and translating goals into an execution plan.
  • Experience in Learning and Implementation roles within SaaS businesses.
  • Familiarity with best practices in customer onboarding, enablement, and learning, including how AI is changing these areas.
  • Ability to use data to set priorities, make tradeoffs, and explain decisions.
  • Ability to define success metrics, measure impact, and adjust based on results.
  • Experience representing work in conversations with senior leaders, frustrated customers, or cross-functional groups.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: experience without owning a full roadmap before is acceptable if you have strong strategic judgment.

  • Target salary range of $105,000-$140,000.
  • Eligibility for an annual bonus of up to $7,000.
  • Flexible working location: 100% remote in the U.S. or hybrid in Boulder, Colorado.
