Description

  • Manage projects from initiation and planning through completion and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Track budgets, estimates, costs, invoices, expenses, payments, profitability, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate vendors, contractors, subcontractors, procurement, materials, equipment, and service deliveries.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare project updates, reports, meeting agendas, action items, and required documentation.
  • Identify and proactively resolve risks, delays, scheduling conflicts, operational issues, and project obstacles.
  • Maintain project records, contracts, budgets, schedules, SOPs, workflows, and processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Improve project management processes and support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience managing projects from planning through completion.
  • Strong experience with project scheduling, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing budgets, costs, invoices, or project financials.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, subcontractors, or external partners.
  • Experience using project management, CRM, ERP, or business operations software.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and project documentation skills.
