Description

  • Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures.
  • Support commercial deal structuring and negotiation.
  • Ensure compliance across sales, marketing, and corporate communications.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of product development.
  • Oversee legal entity governance, new structures, IP protection, and data privacy compliance.
  • Partner with leadership, team members, and external stakeholders on strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support fund regulation and broader compliance activities across the firm.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of legal and operations experience within crypto, asset management, or financial services.
  • Qualified lawyer or equivalent experience in a senior legal function.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including FCA, SEC, MiCA, and offshore fund regimes.
  • Proven experience with legal entity structuring, fund governance, and cross-border operations.
  • Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IP protection.
  • Experience working with external counsel and regulators.
  • Appreciation of digital assets and crypto-native legal frameworks.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent legal and compliance workstreams.
  • Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions quickly in a risk-focused environment.
