Description

Manage regulatory licensing and cross-jurisdictional legal structures.
Support commercial deal structuring and negotiation.
Ensure compliance across sales, marketing, and corporate communications.
Advise on legal and regulatory aspects of product development.
Oversee legal entity governance, new structures, IP protection, and data privacy compliance.
Partner with leadership, team members, and external stakeholders on strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions.
Support fund regulation and broader compliance activities across the firm.

Requirements

6+ years of legal and operations experience within crypto, asset management, or financial services.
Qualified lawyer or equivalent experience in a senior legal function.
Strong understanding of financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including FCA, SEC, MiCA, and offshore fund regimes.
Proven experience with legal entity structuring, fund governance, and cross-border operations.
Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IP protection.
Experience working with external counsel and regulators.
Appreciation of digital assets and crypto-native legal frameworks.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent legal and compliance workstreams.
Strategic, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions quickly in a risk-focused environment.
