Description

  • Support acquisition program management activities and provide consulting and analytical support for federal programs and projects.
  • Assist Program and Project Managers with acquisition planning, procurement timelines, milestone tracking, and performance management.
  • Prepare acquisition documentation, acquisition plans, and program deliverables throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), Statements of Objectives (SOOs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), and related documentation.
  • Ensure acquisition documentation complies with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, HSAR, FAR, and other applicable federal regulations and policies.
  • Conduct market research, vendor evaluations, and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) support to inform acquisition decisions.
  • Assist with Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), lifecycle cost estimates, and pricing analysis.
  • Track project funding, budgets, obligations, and expenditures and provide monthly financial reporting to Government stakeholders.
  • Submit Purchase Requisition Requests (PRRs) and maintain cost tracking in SAP Business Warehouse (BW), FITT, IBM TRIRIGA, or successor systems.
  • Support data tracking, quality control, reporting, and analytical findings within federal work management systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in budget analysis, acquisition support, financial analysis, or related federal program support.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations, procurement processes, and financial management practices.
  • Experience supporting acquisition documentation, market research, cost estimation, and budget tracking.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and federal financial/data management systems.
  • CBP BI clearance preferred.
