Description

  • Build and ship full-stack features and bug fixes using React, .NET Core APIs, and SQL Server.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces.
  • Follow code quality, testing, source control, and deployment practices.
  • Own work through launch by identifying and resolving bugs, regressions, and open questions.
  • Participate in pull request reviews and technical discussions while collaborating with engineering, product, and QA teams.
  • Protect PHI and sensitive customer data by following HIPAA guidelines and using mocked or anonymized data.
  • Develop product and domain knowledge and progress toward independently designing and delivering features.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of software development experience through professional work, internships, academic work, or personal projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience or certifications.
  • Working knowledge of React, including hooks, component composition, state, and props.
  • Solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills, including responsive and accessible UI development.
  • Some experience with C# and state management tools such as Redux or React Query.
  • Understanding of full-stack development, application layers, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and deployment tools.
  • Experience contributing to and explaining a delivered feature or project.
  • Collaborative, accountable approach with openness to feedback and awareness of healthcare data responsibilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with Fluent UI, Jest, React Testing Library, relational databases, .NET Core REST APIs, or AI-assisted development tools.
