Description

  • Prepare and assess treatment planning contours using accepted clinical guidelines in radiation therapy.
  • Maintain awareness of contouring best practices and the latest contouring protocols across global radiotherapy markets.
  • Verify the accuracy of trained models, including research models, and recommend changes for clinical acceptance.
  • Collaborate with the AutoContour Product Team, AI engineering team, Product Lead, Product Manager, Medical Lead, and other departments on related projects.
  • Generate verification and validation testing results.
  • Collaborate on company-selected data and research projects.
  • Organize and align cross-functional needs to improve AutoContour models using radiotherapy treatment planning knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a medical dosimetrist.
  • In-depth understanding of radiation oncology workflows.
  • Demonstrated expertise in contouring based on standardized clinical guidelines and protocol.
  • Extensive experience with treatment planning and contouring.
  • 5 years as a medical dosimetrist using multiple Radformation products and multiple TPSs (preferred).
  • Experience managing and completing verification and/or validation testing (preferred).
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work independently.

  • Base salary of $130,000-$155,000 USD per year ($100,000-$125,000 CAD) plus bonus eligibility.
