Description

  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities through inbound leads, outbound call campaigns, emails, messaging apps, and in‑person events.
  • Research accounts, identify potential opportunities, and generate interest to grow new and existing business.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance targets set by the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Assess customer needs, build sustainable relationships, and maintain trust through open, interactive communication.
  • Gain and retain extensive product knowledge and accurately present product/service value to customers.
  • Create, manage, and present quotations for identified opportunities and support account development.
  • Use CRM systems to record detailed customer interactions, track opportunities, and maintain accurate account records.
  • Handle inbound calls, provide product/service information, resolve complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Participate in outbound campaigns, attend outside sales events, and occasionally travel to Race offices or off‑site locations as required.

Requirements

  • Eligibility for US employment without sponsorship.
  • Minimum age 18 and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, outside sales, or a related customer‑facing role (equivalent work experience accepted).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer data and track interactions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and teleconferencing applications; functional use of common office equipment and software.
  • Effective English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, comprehension); Spanish proficiency is desirable.
  • Willingness to use personal phone and internet for telecommuting (reimbursed per company policy) and to travel occasionally for events or to other offices.
