Description

  • Assess and improve legal operations processes to reduce friction, increase speed, and scale with company growth.
  • Standardize, document, and automate workflows to support repeatable and efficient legal operations.
  • Build AI-driven workflows that reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
  • Own legal operations projects and deliver initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Manage and optimize the legal technology stack, including evaluating and implementing new solutions.
  • Drive adoption of legal tools and create seamless workflows through integrations with IT and Engineering.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with insights on contract cycle times and risk exposure.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and HR to streamline legal touchpoints and improve internal service.
  • Mentor and develop junior legal operations team members while maintaining oversight and quality control.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology, preferably in a high-growth technology company.
  • Deep experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, or similar enterprise solutions; Ironclad experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and support decision-making.
  • Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering them on time without close supervision.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations, with the ability to partner effectively with IT and Engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assess current-state processes, design future-state improvements, and execute against a roadmap.
  • Experience improving legal operations through growth and scaling phases.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but equivalent accomplishments and experience are valued.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
