Description

  • Own each customer interaction from start to finish with clarity, care, and confidence.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Use support tools efficiently while maintaining a human, polished customer experience.
  • Share recurring customer insights and patterns to help improve the overall experience.
  • Become a product expert so you can guide customers authentically.
  • Meet defined service and quality targets for customer satisfaction, first-contact resolution, QA, and response times.
  • Contribute actionable ideas for improving customer experience on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet with at least 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload.
  • Comfort adopting new digital tools to enhance service.
  • Warm, polished, and authentic communication style with strong empathy and brand ambassadorship.
  • Full ownership mindset and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Adaptability and composure in a fast-changing environment.
  • Successful completion of a 90-day introductory period is required.
  • Experience with home, jewelry, or health/wellness categories is a potential growth track.
  • Experience in quality and training or workforce management is a potential growth track.
