Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams on onboarding-related matters and compliant global onboarding practices.
  • Manage onboarding processes for enterprise clients with tailored workflows and high-touch support.
  • Execute and evaluate employee onboardings to improve service quality and communication.
  • Respond to onboarding questions and issues from customers and employees through the Help Desk or in partnership with Customer Care.
  • Collaborate with Customer Operations, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Sales, and other teams to meet service level agreements.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for internal and go-to-market use.
  • Partner with operational teams such as Mobility, Lifecycle, Benefits, and Payroll to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Gather feedback from customers and employees to identify and implement onboarding improvements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a customer-facing role such as solutions consulting, employee onboarding, customer onboarding, or similar service delivery.
  • Bonus experience in HR professional services or hands-on HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, with added value for global employment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally across Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Operations.
  • Experience designing and managing customer workflows and project implementation plans.
  • Experience managing escalations and resolving complex customer challenges with internal stakeholders and leaders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working with SaaS platforms and confidence on customer- and employee-facing video calls.
  • A process-improvement mindset, including experience using automation or integrations to improve speed and efficiency.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international, fully distributed environment with strong documentation and asynchronous workflow habits.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is a plus.
  • Full fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
