Description

  • Own each customer interaction from start to finish with clarity, care, and confidence.
  • Resolve customer issues with empathy and turn challenges into positive experiences.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and resolve issues effectively in a remote environment.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 75+ Mbps download and 10+ Mbps upload.
  • Comfort with adopting new tools to enhance service.
  • Strong empathy and ability to represent the brand warmly and authentically.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Adaptability and calmness in a fast-changing environment.
  • Successful completion of a 90-day introductory period is required.
