Description

  • Own a live portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage before hearing dates.
  • Contact attorneys daily by phone, text, and email to lock in coverage under tight deadlines.
  • Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin and meeting cost targets.
  • Prioritize and triage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings and at-risk assignments.
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first approach.
  • Onboard new attorneys and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Keep law firm clients updated on hearing status and assignment progress.
  • Log activity, confirm assignments, and maintain accurate pipeline records.
  • Identify recurring coverage gaps and bring improvement ideas to team meetings.
  • Set up the next day’s coverage and hand off items still in motion.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage many open items at once without missing details.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call-center/outbound environment is preferred.
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable working on Mac OS and Google Workspace is preferred.
