Description

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage prospective customers and generate interest in the company’s services.
  • Warm up leads, build rapport, and establish trust through effective communication.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
  • Build relationships with potential customers by tailoring messaging to their specific needs.
  • Explain products and services clearly when scheduling appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Philippines.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Ability to create a drip campaign.
  • Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex products and services.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work EST hours and part-time, 20 to 30 hours per week.
