Description

Design, build, and improve AI models used across the company’s products.
Research and implement new AI techniques to enhance filtering and classification.
Optimize model accuracy, performance, reliability, latency, and cost.
Integrate AI systems into backend services and applications.
Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to deploy AI-powered features.
Explore innovative applications of AI across the platform.
Help expand and strengthen the company’s AI-driven filtering systems.
Take ownership of major AI systems while supporting work across the stack when needed.

Requirements

Strong experience with Python.
Experience building AI and machine learning systems.
Ability to design and deploy production AI systems.
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
Experience with embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
Experience with the Python AI ecosystem, such as PyTorch, HuggingFace, NumPy, or PizzaPy.
Experience building production-ready AI systems with attention to reliability, latency, and cost.
Preferred experience with TypeScript or Node.js.
Preferred experience integrating AI into mobile or production applications, including familiarity with Swift or iOS development.
Preferred experience with AI infrastructure or retrieval systems.
