Description

  • Build and connect AI agents and automations across the company.
  • Set up outbound and growth systems, including lead scraping, enrichment, and automated engagement.
  • Develop agents that monitor sources such as Reddit and forums for hiring intent and engage prospects.
  • Stand up a central company memory with specialized sub-agents that use it as a shared knowledge base.
  • Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks, run experiments, and ship solutions that work.
  • Own automations end-to-end from idea through implementation and deployment.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building with AI agents and automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, agent frameworks, or LLM APIs.
  • Comfort with APIs, prompt engineering, and stitching tools together.
  • Ability to work quickly as a self-directed experimenter who can separate hype from practical value.
  • Business development or sales experience is preferred.
  • Coding ability is a bonus.
  • Experience with AI-first or automation-heavy operational workflows is desirable.
