Description

  • Identify and qualify business opportunities and prospects within national payer and provider markets.
  • Research and analyze prospects’ position in the industry to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Establish and develop relationships with prospects and clients through outreach, onsite and web presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate product capabilities and provide competitive intelligence across the solution suite and target markets.
  • Draft proposals, prepare reports by collecting/analyzing/summarizing information, and manage the sales cycle to close deals.
  • Maintain and grow a robust client portfolio by providing ongoing support, guidance, and recommending new opportunities and profit/service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify and pursue market opportunities for the solution suite.
  • Contribute to team objectives and maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and industry networking.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic SaaS software selling experience with complex solutions and a high-performance track record.
  • 4+ years of experience selling to national commercial health plans.
  • Experience selling directly to payers, including health plans, provider-sponsored plans, ACOs, and benefits consulting organizations.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent account development, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker and results-oriented, resourceful problem-solver comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
  • Preferred: experience with provider network management or familiarity with healthcare market dynamics and competitive intelligence.
