Description

  • Define and execute the technical sales strategy for the Voice of Customer product line in partnership with Sales Engineering leadership.
  • Translate VOC product capabilities into market-facing value propositions and sales tools with the Go-To-Market team.
  • Serve as the VOC subject matter authority for field sales and sales engineering teams on market trends, competition, and customer pain points.
  • Develop and scale VOC field expertise within the Sales Engineering team through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources that improve technical selling, objection handling, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain a repository of sales assets, including master decks, competitive positioning documents, and best-practice guides.
  • Create product demonstrations and proofs of concept that show the value and technical strength of the VOC solutions.
  • Engage in complex and strategic sales cycles to provide technical validation and support executive and technical buyers.
  • Contribute to sales playbooks and help integrate VOC solutions into broader enterprise sales motions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in the Voice of Customer industry with deep knowledge of common platforms, methodologies, and best practices.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales technical roles with a strong record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience within a Sales Engineering organization.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams on go-to-market planning and execution.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and platforms.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel 25% domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience in VOC industry leadership or sales engineering leadership is preferred.
