Description

  • Own paid search performance across a portfolio of 5-8 clients.
  • Plan, launch, book, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, YouTube, Amazon, and other relevant retail channels.
  • Develop search plans using available planning tools and maintain tight budget and pacing control.
  • Design and run A/B tests on keywords, bid strategies, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and related variables.
  • Advise clients on paid search strategy, rationale, and plans aligned to business goals.
  • Lead monthly reporting and strategy sessions with clients, owning communication for channel initiatives.
  • Scope, develop, and manage channel initiatives to hit performance goals across accounts.
  • Present reports and forecasts that explain performance, cross-channel impact, and next steps.
  • Collaborate with media and creative teammates to ensure negotiated creative specifications are met.
  • Identify cross-channel opportunities and proactively surface risks, options, and solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on paid search or SEM experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable reports and plans.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Genuine interest in advertising and agency work with a desire to make an impact.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot challenges quickly.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on digital advertising and marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a clean, quiet remote environment suitable for video conferencing and virtual collaboration.
