Description

  • Plan, book, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit for 6-8 clients.
  • Develop media plans using available media planning tools and manage campaign implementation from asset collection through trafficking.
  • Design and run A/B tests across audiences, creative, landing pages, offers, and other variables.
  • Own monthly reporting and strategy sessions for assigned channels, with support from Associate Directors.
  • Manage client communication for all channel initiatives and present performance updates, forecasts, and next-step recommendations.
  • Scope, develop, and manage channel initiatives to hit performance goals across client accounts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by recommending pivots and cross-channel opportunities to improve results.
  • Collaborate with media and creative teams to ensure creative specifications and negotiated plans are executed correctly.
  • Identify and address ad hoc issues proactively while maintaining pacing, budgets, and timelines.
  • Track and communicate channel performance against KPI targets, forecast expectations, and test learnings.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of hands-on paid media management experience, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Experience working with channel platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field, preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience turning complex data into digestible reports and actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in advertising and agency work, with a desire to make an impact in the space.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and comfort troubleshooting challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on digital advertising and marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a clean, quiet remote environment suitable for video conferencing and virtual collaboration.
