Description

  • Handle complex customer cases related to company formation, account validation, and customer communication with accuracy and care.
  • Support customers during the onboarding phase with questions about company setup, share capital payments, and account activation.
  • Use internal knowledge bases to find accurate information and provide informed customer guidance.
  • Prioritize sensitive and urgent issues, especially those related to account validation, and resolve them quickly.
  • Identify patterns in customer inquiries and share insights with the team to improve processes and the customer experience.
  • Ensure customers receive clear, fast, and reliable solutions for a smooth start with Qonto.
  • Collaborate in a dynamic international team and contribute to a structured, professional service culture.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in finance, operations, or a service environment.
  • Fluent German with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Good English skills may also be required.
  • Empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented communication style, including in challenging situations.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling complex and regulated processes.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and remain solution-oriented during high volumes of work.
  • Willingness to work from Belgrade or remotely within Serbia.
  • Experience in KYC/B operations or customer onboarding is a plus.
