Description

  • Lead complex Digital CMC workstreams and projects across development and manufacturing.
  • Drive business and technology transformations that modernize life sciences organizations.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into documented digital CMC project specifications.
  • Execute and deliver customer projects while providing guidance and best practices.
  • Support clients in shaping transformation visions and moving from legacy processes to a digital enterprise environment.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope and align on transformational goals.
  • Build buy-in for recommended Digital CMC solutions with client stakeholders.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ensure customer requirements are accurately documented and understood.
  • Contribute to Digital CMC thought leadership and client transformation strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or equivalent working experience.
  • MEM or 10+ years of direct experience in life sciences, software, or consulting in a regulated industry.
  • Pharma background with CMC, QA, and/or Regulatory experience or exposure preferred.
  • Familiarity with workflows supporting GMP manufacturing, such as supply chain, change management, tech transfer, or validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Customer-facing consulting experience.
  • Experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
