Description

  • Develop Pyka's Brazilian agricultural customer base for Pelican Spray as part of the sales team.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with existing and prospective customers and lead sales campaigns through repeat purchase orders.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer sales inquiries.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales quotations from initial prospecting through transaction closing.
  • Prepare customer briefings and meeting reports for Pyka senior management.
  • Support logistics for customer demonstrations and agricultural shows or events.
  • Develop new customer relationships across Brazil, with primary focus on MT, BA, SP, MS, and MA.
  • Prepare market assessments and customer segmentation analyses to support growth opportunities in Brazil.
  • Coordinate with Pyka HQ teams to ensure smooth aircraft delivery logistics.
  • Support Flight Ops during initial on-site customer operations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in the Brazilian agricultural industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with agricultural drone operations.
  • Knowledge of aerial application operations and competitor products.
  • Financial acumen and proven transaction negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of value drivers for Brazilian growers and farmers.
  • An extensive network within the Brazilian agricultural market.
  • Independent, motivated, and self-starting work style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally based in one of the primary focus markets and willing to travel extensively.
