Description

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and text messages to qualify prospects within the Catholic denomination.
  • Generate a high volume of cold outbound activity, including at least 75 calls per day.
  • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Run a KPI- and quota-driven pipeline with constant performance monitoring.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their community engagement challenges.
  • Identify how Pushpay’s solutions can address prospect needs and communicate that value clearly.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with teammates to hit targets and support team performance.
  • Work within a required morning Pacific Time schedule.
  • Maintain the physical ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
  • Experience working with Catholic parishes or dioceses preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Catholic church leadership structure.
  • Knowledge of day-to-day parish and diocesan activities.
  • Working knowledge of parish faith formation programs and sacramental activities.
  • Working knowledge of parish or diocesan budgets and financials.
  • Courteous, well-spoken phone sales experience with strong questioning skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Mac OSX and Google platforms; Salesforce and Outreach experience is a plus.
  • Ability to connect prospect business needs to Pushpay’s SaaS solutions.
  • Positive outlook and resilience in working with both team members and customers.
