Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Present Resi’s products and solutions to prospects and customers.
  • Own inside and outside sales for large enterprise customers.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified sales leads.
  • Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey and sales process.
  • Create customized product demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical implementation issues.
  • Generate leads and build customer relationships through outbound outreach.
  • Develop action plans for target and current customers using data analysis.
  • Adjust sales techniques based on customer interactions and results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in fast-growing SaaS or subscription-based software.
  • Experience with digital sales at scale; most communication is done over the computer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly learn broadcast and production technology, digital sales, and sales engineering.
  • Direct experience with prospecting methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience using Salesforce for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting, along with other CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Willingness to travel within a designated geographic area, nationally, and internationally if needed.
  • Experience working with or in a faith-based organization is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA preferred.
