Description

  • Own retention, renewal, and expansion goals for a specific book of enterprise accounts.
  • Structure contract terms and pricing to support business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including senior staff and executive contacts.
  • Help customers deploy, adopt, and realize value from the Pushpay platform.
  • Drive annual renewal dollars, upsell additional products, and support growth in giving through the platform.
  • Manage the full-cycle renewal process from discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Lead business review presentations during approved on-site customer travel.
  • Provide product training and assistance to support deployment and giver adoption.
  • Make a high volume of calls and emails to manage complex customer needs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, renewal team management, or maintenance renewals.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
  • Experience with Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals and/or a software background preferred.
  • Proven track record of quota or target attainment.
  • Ability to manage large account sets and large, strategic accounts.
  • Experience building relationships with executives, senior management, and decision makers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technology clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving, self-directed, and resourceful work style.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel 8-12 multi-day trips per year when approved.
