Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate high-potential dioceses within the Catholic space.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Use consultative selling to identify customer challenges and position Pushpay software as a tailored solution.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Partner with territory account executives and internal stakeholders to support complex deals.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and report pipeline status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and a strong customer experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform market positioning.
  • Drive revenue through both new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling software or technology solutions to parishes and dioceses.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and the software industry.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, the internal operations of the Catholic Church preferred.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and build customized solutions.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies and influencing C-suite decision-makers.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50%+.
  • Must be located in an approved remote work state: AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, or VA.
