Description

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and electromechanical systems.
  • Install and bring new manufacturing machinery online through precision commissioning.
  • Provide responsive customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles affecting customer productivity.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region from a home-based location in a company-supplied van.
  • Support future customer work by delivering reliable technical service and solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a service or maintenance environment.
  • Deep experience with CNC machinery or a strong combination of mechanical and electrical experience.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the month, Monday through Friday, within the assigned region.
  • Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and repair expertise.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and developing advanced service-engineering knowledge.
  • Mechatronics, machining, or engineering certification or degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual salary range of $65,000–$95,000, based on market conditions and individual contribution.
  • Company-supplied service van.
  • Home-based position serving an assigned regional territory.
