Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of people analytics projects from stakeholder requirements through delivery of actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and deploy executive-ready analytics dashboards and custom web-based analytics solutions using AI and GenAI tools.
  • Prototype and implement AI-powered analytics for workforce planning, attrition prediction, and people insights at scale.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT, and business leaders to improve data integrity, governance, and integration across core HR systems.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear narratives and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on HR processes including talent acquisition, performance, compensation, engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Set standards for analytical excellence and promote AI literacy across the People team.
  • Upskill stakeholders on how to interpret and act on AI-generated insights.
  • Champion data-driven inquiry and continuous improvement by identifying new analytics opportunities that create organizational value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Experience in people or workforce analytics with a track record of leading end-to-end analytical projects.
  • Deep understanding of core HR functions including talent acquisition, workforce planning, total rewards, engagement, and performance management.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI- and ML-powered dashboards or analytics tools.
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling and advanced analysis using SQL and Python.
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority.
  • Mentoring mindset with ability to act as a technical subject matter expert.
  • Experience with core HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse is preferred.
