Description

  • Build trusted relationships with executive, infrastructure, operations, and application stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales and systems-engineering teams to identify services opportunities and shape account strategy.
  • Lead discovery conversations covering consolidation, modernization, migration, automation, lifecycle management, and risk reduction.
  • Translate customer challenges into outcome-based services strategies and proposals.
  • Design and position services engagements, including assessments, workshops, migration services, residency, support, technical account management, automation, and lifecycle services.
  • Develop proposals, statements of work, presentations, business cases, and executive recommendations.
  • Guide opportunities from qualification and solution development through contracting and transition to delivery.
  • Coordinate sales, engineering, delivery, finance, legal, and partner resources to ensure feasible solutions.
  • Collaborate with channel and strategic partners to create joint customer value.
  • Manage opportunity pipelines, forecasts, risks, dependencies, and close plans while capturing customer and market feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise technology consulting, professional services, solution architecture, technical sales, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success with large, complex, or strategic accounts in the Americas.
  • Ability to connect executive outcomes with infrastructure, data, cloud, modernization, migration, and operational requirements.
  • Strong consultative selling, discovery, storytelling, presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience developing services proposals, statements of work, business cases, or transformation roadmaps.
  • Technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure and data-center environments.
  • Strong commercial judgment across customer value, solution quality, scope, margin, and delivery feasibility.
  • Ability to lead through influence across cross-functional and partner organizations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customers, partners, and strategic engagements.
  • Preferred: experience with data migration, modernization, automation, lifecycle, residency, technical account management, or business-critical support services; complex enterprise industries; storage, cloud, hybrid infrastructure, data protection, or platform modernization; global strategic accounts; and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $26,000–$456,000 USD, depending on role, level, and location.
