Description

  • Own customer programs end-to-end from contract signature through expansion, with accountability for outcomes and milestones.
  • Partner with the account team to scope engagements for successful delivery and execution.
  • Direct the delivery pod, including Forward Deployed Engineers and Integration & Architecture teams, across customer engagements.
  • Manage capacity, stakeholder communication, account health, and program timelines to keep implementations on track.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite sponsors to data scientists working in production.
  • Lead solutioning conversations that connect Domino’s AI platform to customer business outcomes.
  • Drive adoption through rollout, enablement, and change management so delivered solutions are used effectively.
  • Uncover and qualify new use cases and expansion opportunities in partnership with customer success and sales.
  • Translate customer feedback, escalations, and field intelligence into product and commercial insights for internal teams.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across cross-functional teams while setting direction and maintaining execution rhythm.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing discipline such as implementations, consulting, technical program management, or product.
  • Experience owning delivery across full cycles rather than only coordinating work.
  • Experience leading a team, cross-functional pod, or mix of engineers and specialists.
  • Technical fluency across software architecture, predictive modeling, and agentic systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and turn unstructured conversations into executable plans.
  • Ability to ask the right questions about how enterprise data science teams build, scale, and govern models.
  • Strong solutions orientation, including escalating issues with recommendations rather than just problems.
  • Background in life sciences, financial services, or another regulated industry is a meaningful advantage.
  • Comfort getting hands-on when needed and learning new domains quickly.
  • Experience in environments where reproducibility, auditability, and compliance are important is preferred.

  • Annual US base salary range of $250,000–$275,000 USD.
