Description

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously across different industries and time zones, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients at the start of each engagement.
  • Lead discovery with new clients to understand business needs before development begins.
  • Break down complex requirements into manageable iterations for the engineering team.
  • Own and maintain project documentation, backlogs, and roadmaps to keep teams aligned.
  • Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Scope and price new engagements, contribute to proposals, and support the presales process.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to ensure features meet client expectations and user needs.
  • Monitor project health using KPIs, flag risks early, and test completed features before delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with presales, including proposals, project scoping, and discovery workshops.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and a product management mindset.
  • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working in an Agile delivery process.
  • Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that solve the actual business problem.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time.
  • Background in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada and able to work across US and European time zones.
  • Fluent English at C1 level or above with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with distributed international teams across multiple countries and time zones.
