Description

  • Partner with Sales to assess customer warehouse requirements, integration complexity, and deployment constraints.
  • Develop implementation strategies, project timelines, resource estimates, and proposal inputs for automation deployments.
  • Lead the sales-to-delivery handover, documenting scope, commitments, acceptance criteria, milestones, and project governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware engineering, software, supply chain, field services, customer operations, and third-party integrators.
  • Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, milestones, and delivery risks, and drive issue resolution.
  • Own customer site readiness planning, including infrastructure, safety, connectivity, and layout requirements.
  • Track software development, integration milestones, bugs, and escalation workflows in JIRA.
  • Oversee robot commissioning, software deployment, system testing, UAT support, and go-live readiness.
  • Facilitate go-live war rooms and manage ramp-up performance against contracted KPIs and SLAs.
  • Lead project closure activities, including documentation, signoffs, ticket resolution, and handoff to Client Services.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in project or program management with complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, distribution center commissioning, or end-to-end automation deployment.
  • Experience managing hardware and software integration projects in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or cold chain environments.
  • Direct experience with goods-to-person systems, automated storage and retrieval systems, or robotic picking solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational agility and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in different phases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with comfort making data-driven decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence presenting to C-suite and frontline operations teams.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%, with a remote base location.
  • Experience working in a startup-scale environment where processes are evolving is preferred.
