Description

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, with equal focus on onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients to ensure smooth transitions, timely go-lives, and strong early adoption.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and renewal performance across the portfolio.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide consultative guidance by understanding client workflows and aligning Provider1st solutions to customer goals.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion through increased adoption of services.
  • Monitor customer performance and proactively address risks.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices as the Customer Success function scales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years focused on strategic customer-facing work.
  • Ability to understand customer goals and strategies to provide consultative solutions.
  • Ability to manage and influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven approach.
  • Comfort making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Strong attention to detail with a bias toward action.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue expansion and growth.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Robust project management and client management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for building a business that transforms the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with sales and post-sales is preferred but not required.
