Description

  • Define product vision and roadmaps for GenAI, LLM, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through scale, aligned with business KPIs.
  • Build business cases that include market analysis, ROI, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead large-scale data migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Oversee data pipelines, transformation, governance, APIs, and data quality controls.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, observability, and operational reliability.
  • Lead Agile execution, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and incremental release planning.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, data scientists, and UX teams to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Run workshops, user research, and product validation activities.
  • Define success metrics, analytics frameworks, and continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of product management experience, including 0→1 and scaling work.
  • 3–5+ years of experience with AI/ML, GenAI, or data platforms.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment.
  • Advanced English and German language skills.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Experience with Agentic AI tools such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT, data modeling, and migration strategies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with MLOps, model deployment, AI observability, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.
  • Nice to have: consulting or client-facing product experience and a software development background.
  • Nice to have: domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
  • Nice to have: CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud Practitioner certification.
  • Experience building productivity tools or automations with Claude workflows/routines, n8n, or similar tools.
  • Experience building prototypes using Claude Code or similar tools.
