Description

  • Design and develop high-fidelity pages, microsites, and landing pages in Webflow with strong UX and visual quality.
  • Manage and evolve a scalable Webflow design system and CMS that enables the broader team to self-serve without breaking brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Design team on creative concepts, wireframes, and interaction design.
  • Support campaign launches by building event pages, campaign landing pages, and personalized digital experiences.
  • Implement CMS structures, custom interactions, animations, and dynamic content in Webflow.
  • Write and maintain clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom embeds and enhanced functionality.
  • Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and web performance.
  • Troubleshoot Webflow issues and coordinate with engineering when deeper support is needed.
  • Build reusable templates and modular components that help marketers and designers move quickly without creating technical debt.
  • Integrate AI-assisted development tools and identify AI-powered automation opportunities within the Webflow environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a digital designer or developer.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both visual design excellence and technical build capability.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, and page building.
  • Experience analyzing web data and driving optimizations and experimentation.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems.
  • Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript beyond what Webflow can do natively.
  • Understanding of web standards including responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Interest in using emerging technologies to prototype, experiment, and push boundaries in brand and workflow execution.
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Bonus: experience managing Webflow Logic or automations, familiarity with SEO/analytics/personalization tools, past work in SaaS or fast-growing B2B brands, and experience in high-growth or pre-IPO technology companies.
