Description

  • Design high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites from copy, outlines, or drafts.
  • Translate brand assets and social visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components.
  • Prepare production-ready design files by organizing Figma frames, exporting assets, and detailing specifications for handoff.
  • Ensure visual consistency across web pages, static PDFs, and social materials.
  • Verify responsiveness, spacing, clarity, and adherence to modern web design standards before delivery.
  • Collaborate with Tendem Agents while providing critical thinking, domain expertise, and layout direction for web-ready outputs.
  • Own the look and feel of web-based marketing materials to keep them consistent and aligned with the brand ecosystem.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is a plus.
  • Deep proficiency in Figma for responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and design systems.
  • Experience creating conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages with strong attention to clarity, spacing, and modern design trends.
  • Solid understanding of how to prepare and package assets for developers or no-code tools such as Webflow and Framer.
  • Ability to translate brand aesthetics consistently across web pages, social materials, and pitch decks.
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above is required.
  • A structured, user-centric, and conversion-minded approach to design is required.
  • Strong eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends is required.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready assets quickly is required.
  • A portfolio link with relevant web design examples must be included in the CV.
