Description

  • Serve as a senior solution architect on strategic AI and ERP transformation opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, client leaders, and account teams to shape differentiated change solutions and financial models.
  • Translate ERP and AI transformation programs into organizational change strategies and adoption approaches.
  • Lead client discussions as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Own the strategy, commercialization, and scaling of the AI and ERP change specialization.
  • Define and evolve service offerings, solution models, pricing, value propositions, and commercialization strategies.
  • Create playbooks, proposal narratives, and statements of work for AI and ERP engagements.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership on market positioning, thought leadership, and capability development.
  • Build pipeline, bookings, and revenue for AI and ERP offerings in partnership with market sales teams.
  • Identify emerging client needs and convert market demand into scalable, repeatable offerings.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise transformation, or professional services.
  • 10+ years of experience in change management.
  • Significant experience in solution sales, business development, or practice leadership with revenue accountability.
  • Proven success selling and delivering large-scale enterprise engagements of $500K–$2M+.
  • Deep expertise in AI, ERP, or digital transformation ecosystems.
  • Experience building and scaling consulting offerings or practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, deal structuring, and pipeline development.
  • Ability to engage C-suite and senior executives across industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and influence without formal authority.
  • Prior team leadership, practice building, or mentoring experience is preferred.
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification is a big plus.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% for internal and client meetings.

Benefits

  • Projected annual base salary of $150k-$180k CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
