Description

  • Conduct detailed property research using Google, municipal websites, public records, and other online resources.
  • Make phone calls to municipalities and government offices to track down missing or unclear information.
  • Compile property due diligence reports for title companies and real estate professionals.
  • Investigate, compare, and verify information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to different file types and research scenarios.
  • Perform independent problem-solving and critical thinking on complex property cases.
  • Maintain detailed, precise, and high-quality data entry and report preparation.
  • Work full-time remotely on a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evening hours as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of work experience, such as customer service or research.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be located in one of the hiring states: FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, or VA.
  • Schedule is based on Eastern Time regardless of location.
  • Extremely preferred experience in the title industry and familiarity with municipal lien searches, estoppels, surveys, release tracking, and related terminology.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent and precise data entry, typing, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google, Adobe, and related computer software.
  • Ability to work independently, keep information confidential, and maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor.
