Description

  • Close deals from inbound leads and SDR-sourced opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for complex products and services.
  • Maintain a high-velocity sales process while handling multiple opportunities.
  • Own upsells and expansions within an existing portfolio to drive additional ARR.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to explain the value proposition clearly.
  • Simplify technical or complex aspects of the offering for a broad audience.
  • Track and report on conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, and pipeline health.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve performance and support monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and sales leadership to align on goals and lead quality.
  • Work with product and operations teams on product positioning and messaging.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience with proven full-cycle ownership.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • At least a 30% conversion rate from opportunity to closed deal.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex products and services.
  • Consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple opportunities across inbound and upsell pipelines.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to new strategies.
  • Familiarity with high-growth tech environments or SaaS sales (preferred).
  • Experience selling in the real estate or accounting services sector (preferred).
  • Previous experience with upsell and expansion sales within existing accounts (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary of $80,000-$90,000 USD per year.
  • 100% variable compensation target with no cap on overperformance.
  • Remote work.
  • Monthly $30 utility allowance for energy and internet.
  • One-time furnishing allowance of up to $200 USD for a home office.

  • 401(k) plan.
  • Health insurance with 90% of the selected plan covered for the employee and 75% of the base plan covered for each dependent.

  • Vision insurance with 75% of the plan covered for the employee.
  • Employer-paid life insurance equal to 1x annual salary, up to $500,000.
  • Unlimited PTO beginning two months after the start date, with a recommendation of at least 12 days per year.
