Description

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and quantify Propel’s value proposition in sales campaigns.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations on the Salesforce platform that align with prospect business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standardized software demonstrations for internal team use.
  • Establish and maintain credibility as a subject matter expert in client-facing interactions.
  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to architect process improvements for key accounts and drive adoption.
  • Provide support to AM and CSM teams through customer demonstrations and strategic planning sessions.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to define project scopes and develop phased quotations.
  • Review and document current customer usage of the platform.
  • Coordinate with Product Management on Seed Org enhancements and best practices.
  • Contribute to improving Trial and Demo orgs with advanced capabilities.
  • Represent Propel at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of solution engineering experience.
  • Education in a STEM field.
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domains: Quality Management, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Software Technical Sales, Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing, or Engineering Design / Product Development.
  • Experience working with one or more of the following verticals: Electronics/High Tech, Consumer Goods, Medical Devices & Equipment, or Industrial Machinery.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Salesforce platform experience (preferred).
  • Passion for continuously learning and growing skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Propel is not sponsoring visas for any positions.
